Romanesco cauliflower, also known as Romanesco broccoli, is a chartreuse-coloured vegetable with a distinct fractal pattern. It has a nutty, earthy flavour and a texture that is somewhere between cauliflower and broccoli. Romanesco is often used in Italian cuisine and is delicious roasted, grilled, or sautéed.
It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves Ooooby!
